Meet Neena Kamal

Founder & Lead Instructor

Neena founded Tiny Joys with a simple but powerful vision: to help new parents build deeper, more confident connections with their babies through the gentle art of touch and movement.

A certified baby massage and baby yoga instructor, Neena blends expert knowledge with her own lived experience as a mother to create beautifully calm, supportive sessions designed to nurture both baby and parent.

Her approach is centred on connection, confidence, and care—offering a welcoming space where parents can slow down, feel supported, and truly enjoy these early moments with their little ones.

Sessions are tailored to your baby's needs and may include gentle strokes, relaxation techniques, and bonding exercises. You'll learn hands-on massage techniques in a calm, supportive environment that helps soothe your baby and strengthen your connection.
Baby yoga is suitable for most babies from around 6 weeks old. It's a gentle practice that supports your baby's physical development, digestion, and sleep patterns. If your baby has any specific health concerns, we recommend consulting your GP or health visitor beforehand.
Group classes typically last around 60 minutes, while private one-to-one sessions can be tailored to 45–75 minutes depending on your baby's needs and comfort level.
At the moment, classes are held in person to provide the best possible support and experience for you and your baby. If you'd be interested in online sessions in the future, you're very welcome to join the waiting list or get in touch—this helps shape what I offer next.
